PriceTag allows you to set the VAT rate and up to two tax rates, done that you will be able to easily calculate the net margin of your sale given buy and retail prices (net or gross) or a suitable retail price given buy price and the desired net margin.
Warning: check in the "Manual" screen of the application if the math behind the calculation suits your fiscal regime and your specific needs. The application is meant as an help for retailers but it is not guaranteed in any way to be perfect, if in doubt double check the results.
