Simple Sales is a sales information system application with pricing and stock information. With the offline system, the application is safer and don't need internet connection. Although it is offline, data is easily transfered because of the export-import function. Powerfull performance because of the local processing.
Consists of five main menus.
- The items menu are used as master data. The items to be sold are recorded in this menu.
- The adjustments menu are used to record changes in stock items. Changes in stock can be due to the addition or purchase of new items, returns or reduction of items due to damage, etc.
- The sales menu is a transaction menu. User can record in multiple items, it's meaning that this application can serve more than one item for one sales number. Total of price can be calculated automatically. Every transaction will update the stock of items automatically.
- The report menu is a report of sales based on a period / time span. Report results can be exported to CSV files, so can can open file with Excel.
- The utilities menu is a menu for export / backup and import / restore data. For example the data will move to another device, then from the old device use export and in the new device use import.
Ways of working:
- Input data items that to be sold in the "item" menu as master data.
- The "adjustment" menu is used to change the stock of items.
- The "Sales" menu is a transaction menu, which is serving sales of items that list of the "Item" menu. Sales transaction details can be seen again by clicking the record.
- By the "Report" menu, you can create the sales report. Users only need to choose the start date and end date to decide the period of report. The data can be export as a CSV file by clicking the CSV button.
