Sitting for long hours damage the health. As most of our sitting happens in office hours.
We innovate this Office Fitness application.
It helps you to break prolonged sitting. The application has many features which help to improve your health.
1. It will work in office hours only.
2. It can help people working in night shifts too.
3. It will notify you to move only if required.
4. Notifications contains motivating quotes and suggestions.
5. Helps to analyze your sitting patterns and thereby helps you to focus on such intervals.
6.Helps to track your improvement by comparing your weekly steps.
7.Motivate you to move more by counting your steps, % of your goal achieved, calories and distance covered.
Settings :

On installing the app, it will guide you to settings screen. Provide few details like your name, age,weight and working timings so that the application will work in the specified timings.
Also, for few android mobiles, to make this application work properly, Auto Start setting need to enabled. Application will guide to the settings screen to enable it.

I have seen and heard many people dying in early ages due to heart strokes. Now a days the count is increasing. So, I researched the possible reasons and found that prolonged sitting is one of the main reason.
Even though you workout for more than a hour in the morning, it will not overcome the effects of prolonged sitting for the whole day. You should walk at regular intervals so that your body muscles will get relaxed and helps to relieve from stress. Hence i designed this application in such a way so that it will help you move regularly and moreover it will help you to break prolonged sitting. As a friend, I care for you and hence helping you by not charging anything for using the application.

1.Please try to move when you get a notification. Try slowly so that you will get habituated to it.
2. Never keep water bottles at your desk. It will prevent us to move more.
3. Drink water slightly far from your workplace so that you can move more.
