App for merchants to issue/redeem loyalty points and redeem eVouchers. Using admin module, merchants can issue vouchers electronically. Customers can view vouchers using eWallet app.
Merchant can scan customer's profile using QR code scanner to:
-Issue loyalty points
-Redeem Points
-Redeem eVoucher
-View Member Profile
-View Member Transactions.
Using eLoyalty web application, merchants can import their customer/non-members and create segments to send eVouchers. Customers are notified via push notification or email or SMS.
eLoyalty can be integrated with your in-house CRM/ERP systems.
Mobile apps available in both Android and iOS versions and they are fully customizable as per your brand/requirements.
