This is the only password generator you will ever need. It offers three types of passwords. First: one based off of a word or phrase that you enter. For example, let's say you enter the word "kitty". PassIt would give you something like "@QN@MS3a". That way, the password you use is made of mixed upper/lower-case/numbers/special-characters AND you only have to remember "kitty". Second: A transformation of a word you enter. For example, given "awesome" PassIt would return "@\/\/3$0/\/\3". Third: the most secure method of password generation, purely random. Based on the iOS's built in random number generator, PassIt comes up with a random password based on your specifications (upper case, lower case, numbers, special characters, and length).
Please note that this is not a password storage app, there are others for that. We use our app for things like: when we visit campus and don't have our password storage with us, or for securing a truecrypt volume with a secure password generated from a simple word/phrase (like 'turtle', or 'cake time'). Another use would be using a simple word or phrase to secure a computer, instead of sticking a post-it on it with the password written on there. And of course there are many many more uses...
