Do you find it difficult to book a taxi in Iceland? Finding the number for a taxi station, waiting on the phone and then trying to describe your location?
The Drivers app will make it easier to book a licensed taxi driver anywhere in Iceland.
This is the only taxi app in Iceland where you can book the next available taxi driver no matter what taxi stations he may drive for.
The app is very easy to use. You just create an account by using using your name and phone number, that's it!
You just tap to request a ride and the next available taxi driver will pick you up with in minutes. Easy right?
Our app has many features that might come in handy:
-Fare estimate - always good to know how much the ride might cost
-Total distance and the time it will take to get you from A to B
-Need a bigger car? No problem
-Need a car with wheelchair access? No problem
-Change of plans? Just cancel with one push of a button
-You´ll see your drivers information
Name, phone number, type of vehicle, license plate and taxi station
-Track the arrival of your driver on the map and your trip when it has started
