Circle is a social App that makes Group financial contributions easy by solving problems of “Ease of Contribution”, “Transparency Recurrence”, “Accountability”, “Automated Tracking”, “Reporting & Electronic Register”.
Getting started
The Admin downloads, installs and registers on Circle App.
The Admin creates a group on the App and shares the group link to members
Every member clicks on the link to download the Circle App, enrolls and gets a membership number.
Members can see the group and other members of the group on Circle App.
Creating A Task
1. The group admin creates a task on Circle and can specify the following
• Contribution Recurrence –
Once – For one time contributions
Repeated – For repeated contributions
• Expiry Date - Set a date when contributions can no longer be made
• Period – For recurrent contributions, the Admin can set the frequency in which contributions can be made (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually).
• Flexibility – Flexible, if members can specify contribution amount or Fixed, if they contributions can’t be changed
• Anonymity – If members can make their contributions anonymous
2. Circle App broadcasts the task and also sends email to all team members
3. Each Member goes on the Circle App to either accept or reject the task
• Member is debited, Group account is credited
• Members see contribution List and total contribution in real-time
• Members can fund with card or transfer from their banks.
4. Group Admin is notified of contributions
5. Group Admin can also share the report/register with group members
