Get to sleep quickly with the help of a soundscape sleep association for yourself or your child.
1) Choose a soundscape that suits your sleep environment.
2) Consistently play the chosen sound during transitions to sleep.
3) When an association is made, play the sound to get to sleep quickly.
Choose from a variety of natural water, forest, and bird sounds. Alternatively choose the mechanical drone of tumbling laundry or a jet engine whisking you beyond the horizon.
