our intentions are to provide the best customer service and an easier way to get your laundries done. once the app is downloaded on your phone and your account was created, submit your laundry bag size or the exact weight of your bag. One tap and a professional lewash rep comes directly to you. Hand us your laundry—your driver knows exactly where to go. And when the wash is finished he will deliver it back to you clean and folded. Payment is completely seamless. Time frame you will be able to track your order whether it’s in transit, laundromat or in route for delivery. It’s a 24HR order. (for example: once it's placed at a time between 8am-10 am it will get dropped off the next day at the same time between 8am-10am).
