The flu can be killed drinking hot water methodically - old idea, new method. Also, you have to able to read and interpret the flu symptoms and your body signals.
This text (in android app form) guides you into this flu-killing method. It's total of about eight A4 pages long.
Killing the flu may take few days or as long as it would take to suffer the actual flu, or even longer, but at least you can be able to avoid the awful flu symptoms. The method relies upon your activeness.
Don't know how or why this method works, but it have worked for me every time.

Manual: same text is both in English and Finnish language, between which can be switched by tapping English or Finnish flag. Text can be scrolled forward and backward by swiping finger up and down on a screen. There's no other user options, but an exit arrow.
The app is stripped down to bare minimum, so no support for any special features. It's tested and it worked on Samsung galaxy s3 and Samsung 10" tablet and Asus 7" tablet, which all had KitKat platform. Doesn't contains advertising. Does not need access to any phone resources. Just a dummy text reading app.
