We hope to increase your satisfaction working with RINA even more using our Inspector App. It is offering the following key advantages to you:
• Keeping track of planned visits - the App will provide a convenient and always up to date list of your visits with RINA.
• Key contact details - Many different people are involved in our daily work and the App will provide you the right contact details for key stakeholders.
• Assignment details - Never get confused or lose track of order details. Find the right information in the App.
• Submit flash reports - Last but not least we are offering you to submit flash reports at the end of your inspection day through the App. These reports consist of five simple yes/no questions describing the result of your inspection.
If you are interested in the App, please contact opus-support@rina.org to receive login details for your personal account.
Additional Information:
When submitting a Flash report we allow you to share your contact details with our client so that he can call you in case something needs to be discussed on an urgent basis. Sharing your contact details with our client is not a requirement and RINA is not insisting on this.
