VIT80, the free application that warns you as soon as you exceed the speed limit.
Zero overstepping of the speed limit inadvertently, therefore zero PV, zero point lost and zero speeding license withdrawal.
The user interface has been specially designed to be used safely while driving.

Memorization of the limit shift points for automatic use during the next trips (update of the speed limit and voice notification). Ability to add or remove speed limits on a saved course (for example, for a temporary work area, adding the limitation at the beginning of the road works and removing the limitation at the end of the works).
Voice recall of automatic speed limit changes (option can be disabled).
Speed control in a medium speed zone. Shows you your average speed, distance traveled and warns you when you exceed the average speed allowed, the display of the speed limit remains active.
The speeds:
By default the proposed speed limits are those most commonly encountered in France (10 - 30 - 50 - 70 - 80 - 90 - 110 - 130) plus a tolerance of 5 km/h for speeds below 100 km/h and 5% for speeds above 100 km/h (French Sécurité Routière safety site, technical margin). Speed limits and tolerances can be changed depending on the country where you drive.
Unit of measure:
By default in km/h; mph can be selected.
Colors :
GREEN: below the selected speed
ORANGE: speed greater than the selected speed limit and less than or equal to speed + technical margin
RED: speed above the limit speed + technical margin; blinks when the technical margin is exceeded (by default blinks for a few seconds and then solid red, configurable for repetition of blink)
Sound notification:
A sound notification is issued when exceeding the technical margin (configurable for a reminder as the speed + technical margin are exceeded, can also be disabled).
Basically the sound of the notification is the "default sound" of your phone.
Better to distinguish it from the sound of incoming messages.
Start modes:
- Automatic mode: the speed test is active when the application is launched and is automatically stopped when you closed the application. By default, the automatic mode is active.
- Start and Stop mode: when launching the application, press the "START" button to start the speed test; press "STOP" to stop it. If you quit VIT80, as long as you have not pressed the "STOP" button, the audible notification that the selected speed has been exceeded will remain active.
For both modes: if the phone is paused, the audible notification of the selected speed override will remain active as well as the voice recall of the speed limit when it is changed automatically.
VIT80 includes some advertising banners. The display of these has been planned to not disturb you while driving (no advertising banner at a speed above 10 km / h after a few seconds).
