When someone falls into fast moving water, first responders quickly need to be able to figure out how far downstream that person has floated. This application allows for them to do so with the proper training.
The gist of this application is that you can calculate how fast water is moving and use that to estimate how far downstream someone has landed. Instead of having to use pen and paper, you can just use this free app.
