All shipping lines, shipping agents, Customs brokers, Customs, Saudi Railways organization and all stakeholders associated with port activities can now track their container movements using the app “BIG” on all Android Phones. The App also includes features like Complaints/suggestions which are redirected to respective customer service departments.
