The HotSpot Parking and Transit app allows users the to pay for parking, purchase transit passes and ride the bus, all from their mobile device!
With HotSpot Parking, your first 30 minutes of parking is on us, and our Ticket Defender service protects users from receiving tickets while in participating HotSpot businesses throughout HotSpot serviced cities. You can top-up your parking sessions from your phone, and refund parking sessions, adding the funds back to your HotSpot Wallet. HotSpot users also receive alerts 15 minutes prior to their session expiring and when their parking has expired. Need to pay a parking ticket? HotSpot users simply take a picture of their ticket and pay it through their phone.
HotSpot businesses send free parking directly to your phone when you enter with a valid parking session. This provides you with a relaxed, care-free parking experience while visiting local shopping and tourist areas, not to mention covers the cost of a coffee.
Need to ride the bus? HotSpot users can now purchase Transit Passes to add to their HotSpot Wallet. These passes can be used to ride Transit in the form of a digital pass in select HotSpot cities! Monthly passes, senior passes, they are all there! We even provide an in-app route planner to make sure you get where you need to be.
