READ THIS BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT

This is an app (my first real app in fact) that I have been developing on and off for ages, but kept in limited alpha testing because it didn't have all the features I wanted before release. I came to the conclusion that I will probably never finish it, and thus as of 7 March 2015 it's released for everybody on the Play store. It is NOT a completed product, but it works well enough (I have been using it myself for years). There are glitches here and there. I probably won't fix them. There are missing features. I probably won't implement them. It's not Material. I probably won't update it.

THIS APP IS THUS RELEASED AS UNSUPPORTED

Now on to the description proper.

Listener(圖3)-速報App

Listener is an (audio) podcast player.

Listener was originally intended as a drop-in replacement to the then fairly outdated Google Listen. It was designed to use Google Reader for a backend, but since its demise it is now using The Old Reader instead. Listener requires a The Old Reader account.

Adding new podcasts can be done in four ways:

* On your device, share an URL to Listener with the android built-in share function

* On your device, open an .rss or .xml URL with Listener

* In Listener, tap the "+" or "Add feed by URL" to manuall enter an podcast

* On The Old Reader, tag a feed with "Listen Subscriptions"

You can rearrange your queue just by long-pressing and dragging, or remove items with a single tap.

Listener remembers where you were and will automatically resume at the right spot when you play back.

I made this app mainly for myself. I wanted something lightweight that I didn't have to "manage" feeds with, but just sync, add the episodes I want, let it download while I had breakfast and then listen at work.
