The M3Sync mobile app is designed to help customers connect with Firetrol fire pump controllers. Customers can use the app to send service requests, download logs and more.
Only users that use Firetrol Mark 3 fire pump controllers will be able to create a M3Sync account. This app is part of the service included with the Firetrol fire pump controllers and requires no additional fees.
Services requests created in the application will be directly assigned to a nearby customer service representative. Device logs can now be download via WIFI without physical access to the Firetrol fire pump controllers. Customers must apply directly with Firetrol to create an account. There is no paid content in the app.
