Apleona Workplaces provides office workers with valuable information and well-being services around the workplace. Location-specific information and ticketing functionalities are at the heart of the app. Another highlight is the opportunity to carry out guided relaxation sessions with which you can increase your cognitive abilities, your creativity and your energy level. Because a guided nap and deep relaxation can be more effective than caffeine. Scientific research has shown that even a 10-minute nap can restore your usual productivity.
All features at a glance:
- Napping Power: Take a short but effective break by listening to natural sounds of birds, waves or creeks. Or relax with guided meditation, autogenic training or breathing exercises. A timer allows a scheduled napping session, define your napping duration and choose your favorite alarm from several options. In addition, corporate users can book our sofas and recover quickly during office hours.
- Demo Mode: Your organisation is not yet connected to the Apleona Workplaces App and you still want to test the app’s functionalities?Use the newly introduced demo mode on the app’s registration page to get an overview of the potential of the app’s various functions.
- Scheduled Meeting Room Booking: Realize bookings of meeting- and conference rooms at your or other locations. All you need to do is enter the time and the number of seats required and you will be shown an overview of available meeting rooms for booking.
- Ad hoc Meeting: Sensors measure the occupancy of some meeting rooms in your office and indicate availability in the app or via digital signage (e. g. tablets). You can use the app to spontaneously find and reserve a free space. The reservation expires after a few minutes, so that rooms are available again if they remain unoccupied.
- Workplace News: Do you want to know when maintenance work is being carried out on the lift or when the next yoga class will be offered at your location? Don’t miss any news about your location and stay up to date with Workplace News.
- Workplace Infos: Where is the in-house mailroom? Who is responsible for catering at the location? All these questions are a thing of the past with the Workplace Infos functionality. You will receive an overview, including contact details and opening hours, of all location-specific services, so you always have your digital scout for your location with you.
- Ticketing 2.0: With the new ticketing functionality in the Workplaces App, artificial intelligence makes ticket creation as quick as possible. All you have to do is take a picture of your problem and you will immediately receive suggestions for possible ticketing codes. Creating tickets has never been so efficient. For a demo, use the “Demo-Mode” in the App to get to know the functionalities of image recognition better.
