Our objective is to greatly enhance the buying journey and how new projects are presented digitally for the convenience of home buyers and property agents.
In this version of the app, you can:

2. Carry out basic or advanced searches
3. Get comprehensive and updated information on the projects and available units
4. View the model of Projects via an interactive 3D function^
5. Study floor plans in interactive 3D and Virtual Realty* modes^
6. Get beautiful 3D Rendered Floor Plans^
7. Get a better sense of potential views from the new homes when built with Storey Views
8. Compare Projects and various units side-by-side
9. See Unit availability and drop enquiries^^
10. Share information on projects and units via email, chats and social media platforms
For agents, you will be able to process the booking of new homes if you are appointed with your Agency for the respective projects.**
For Team ICs you can now do all the reservations and sale approvals on the iPad.
^Features are dependent on Developers engagement. Not all projects will have all features available.
*Virtual reality experience requires a standard VR card box.
