Our 10 to 30 minute long classes are here to help you get stronger, fitter and healthier. You can either take a single class when you get a few spare minutes or you can join one of our programmes that will guide you through getting stronger day by day.
You won't find any fitness models or oiled abs in our classes, instead each person that you see is real. Some work full-time, some are retired and some are bringing up their young and wonderful families. Our classes are for real people with real bodies!
If you really want to you can even stop a class on your phone and pick up in that exact place on your laptop, iPad or TV!
