The study focused on creating a platform that can help the interns, coordinators, and company to communicate easily through this system. The researchers decided to perform the agile development method throughout the development of the system. Under agile method the researchers will use Agile scrum methodology, this will allow researchers to do the different set of tasks simultaneously and so as the researchers will know what works best during the development of the system. As a result, it managed the portfolio of the students; provide all the intern information including the student requirements and it will notify the coordinators if the student will pass requirements and the will be notified if the requirements of the student pass or approved. The web system will serve as a view list of the OJT: MA where the admin could see the evaluation of the company. Currently, the University of Mindanao does not have its way of OJT management which e-portfolio of the interns. The app can automatically get the location of the preferred site of the intern assigned company whereas the coordinator will endorse it to the company. The administrator has real-time management of the OJTMA. The researchers' solution for the evaluation of how much the probability of the student to get the absolute outcome based on the given data using an algorithm of Naïve Bayes.
