Number Now is the fastest way to generate a numbered data merge file for your invoices, tickets, raffles and more.
Graphic Designers frequently need to number documents. This usually requires using a spreadsheet and slowly, manually creating a column of numbers to data merge. For large jobs, this can take minutes and has limited flexibility.
Number Now is designed for maximum efficiency. Tell it where to save your file, what number to start at and how many numbers you need. Within seconds, Number Now creates a CSV file that you can import into popular design and word processing programs and create a numbered document.
To increase your available options, Number Now also allows you to enable zero padding (001 instead of 1) with one click. We are also introducing PreCursor, which allows you to add characters before your numbering (E001 instead of 0001). Number Now can also automatically open files in the Finder after creation, and new menu items allow you to control all options and built in presets with mouse or keyboard commands.
For designers who frequently create numbered documents for clients, Number Now can drastically reduce the amount of time you spend in spreadsheets and give you more time to spend creating. And since most design programs have dark interfaces, Number Now supports Dark Mode on macOS Mojave.
