Orchestra Connect is used for serving customers and allows for higher customer satisfaction scores, by allowing your staff to attend customers on the floor, where they are and on their terms, instead of behind a counter.

The Orchestra Connect app provides real-time status about waiting customers, customers currently being served and notifications on upcoming visits. There is also possibility to transfer customers as well as handle walk direct visits.
Orchestra Connect integrates with Flic, a wireless smart button. Simply by pushing the button, you can perform a host of tasks (e.g., calling the next customer in the queue, ending a visit, or capturing business information) without having to take your mobile phone out of your pocket.
