Smartscan is a Site Health and Safety and Timesheet Tracking Application developed to make sure you meet your obligations under the Healthy and Safety at Work Act 2015. We have used information from WorkSafe New Zealand to provide the best onsite safety tracking app in New Zealand. SmartScan alerts users of site hazards when they scan themselves in and keeps a history of site access for reporting and time tracking. SmartScan is the future of Health and Safety site management.
Breakdown of Smartscan features:
1. Easy Management
Smartscan was designed from the ground up to be an easy solution to site Health and Safety. Our app allows an admin to create sites and users from the mobile app, or from the web interface.
2. Expert Reporting
Smartscan has extensive reporting built in. The reporting allows for per site, per user, multiple sites, dedicated hazard report and user location report. This allows you to analyse the data anywhere from a single day upwards.
3. Simple to Use
We created Smartscan to be as simple to use as possible for workers going onsite. They don’t want to have to remember to do a bunch of complex tasks to say they were onsite. We narrowed it down to a simple scan of a picture to sign in and scan to sign out, you can’t get much simpler than that.
4. Built-In Safety Controls
We designed Smartscan not only to track workers logging in and out of a site. We also have configurable parameters so you can decide how long someone should be onsite before you start to get worried and call emergency services.
5. Cross-Platform
We have designed the app to be cross platform so that it’s the same layout, features and functionality on whatever compatible smartphone you are using.
6. Cost Effective
