This app helps optometrists to keep a record of the patient's eye by taking a photo and organizing it through this app. The registration process allows multiple optometrists to access patient data through a secured cloud storage, whether they work in a single clinic or multiple clinics. Data can only be accessed when within 100m radius of registered clinic address. The app helps removes clinical subjective interpretation of results, and thus allows for more streamlined experience and enhanced continuity of care through detailed and ordered clinical records made available through EyeSnap.
