Acty is a free, lightweight, user-friendly App, ideal for customers and technicians in the field who require immediate, effective real-time support.
It adapts perfectly to all the versions of iOS for iPhone or iPad and enables you to receive support at any time, putting you in touch with an expert who, via a live video session and so without moving from their office, can see the problem using your video camera, attempt to solve it or give you precise instructions on what to do.
You can use this App to:
- Connect easily to a company and receive remote support
- Find the companies who provide you with support in the list and group them together as favourites
- Sign up to the service also via your Facebook or Google accounts
- Link your device to a pair of Smartglasses
