VocGloss is a powerful app that allows you to study your vocabulary and glossary way more effectively.
It is packed with useful features:
• a fast and convenient interface to study vocabulary and/or glossary
• the possibility to assign your personal difficulty level per term
• the possibility to filter on that personal difficulty level, allowing you to focus on the most difficult terms or only occasionally rehearse the known words.
• your own Google Sheets template to add your own vocabulary/glossary lists (you remain owner on your Google account)
• the possibility to share your lists with other students
• the possibility to collaborate on lists, after approval of the document owner
• the teacher can easily record the correct pronunciation of each term
• the student can easily compare his/her pronunciation with the correct pronunciation
• concentration music
~~How it works for you~~
In case you received a VocGloss list from a friend, eg the Objective PET wordlist:

- Copy the link
- Download the app
- Press "Import a list from Google Sheets"
- Press "Existing Sheet"
- Paste URL, then Proceed
- Goto All Linked Sheets, press, and "Set as Active"
In the banner above you can view a demo movie on how to use the app.
It also explains how users with a Google account can upload their own vocabulary/glossary:
- Download the app
- Press "Import a list from Google Sheets"
- Press "New Sheet"
- Enter the "Template name", click on Proceed
- a few authorisation messages will pop up tp write on your Drive.
- you will receive an email with the link to the Google Sheet template which is now already saved on your own GDrive.
- open that link from a laptop or desktop pc.
- do the vocabulary entry or copy/paste (from a laptop or desktop pc).
- once finished, go to the app and click on "All Linked Sheets" and "Activate"
- DONE!
You can start studying the to be known vocabulary way more efficiently for the exams!!
Furthermore, you can easily collaborate with other students, add vocabulary/glossary, make corrections,...
