POE, which stands for Peace on Earth, offers a full range of hot yoga, barre, and boxing classes in our inviting and community-oriented studio.
At POE, we focus on the whole person; the mind, body, & spirit. Our main goal is to make sure all of our beautiful yogis feel great about themselves with every practice. With the best yoga, barre, and boxing instructors around, you're sure to get the best instruction. Just bring your positive attitude and you can achieve things you never thought possible!
Our mission is focused around Peace, Harmony, Commitment, & Community. Everyday we work to achieve these things in our classes and our gorgeous studio complete with naturally lit rooms, showers, lockers, and amazing classes. All of our yoga classes are vinyasa flow based and many are heated. We welcome all levels and encourage you to try any of our classes: Earth, Moon, Sun, Fire, and more. Each class is designed to tackle your fitness and flow practice.
By bringing in a staff of diverse, formally trained, compassionate, and experienced instructors from various styles of yoga, barre, and boxing training we foster a community of helpful, encouraging individuals. Each with his or her own unique approach, technique, and creativity, your instructor will help you achieve success, however you want to define it.
