Security Camera
Use the security camera for time-lapsed photo surveillance of your hotel room while you are away. The photos taken can be reviewed locally on your phone's storge or remotely through your Google Drive service.
Choosing "Cloud" storage will buffer an image locally that will sync to your Google Drive, if an Internet connection is available. If the Internet connection is lost, syncing will resume once Internet access is restored.
Use this "close circuit TV" and an old phone to monitor your hotel room remotely through the phone you carry around with your Google Drive image gallery. No other third-party storage services, other than Google Drive, are need for this IP Cam feature. Internet charges and service fees for your data access plans apply.
Choose the imaging intervals (30 or 60 secs), flash capability, front or back cameras; and image sizes (closest to a height of 480 or 768 pixels, as supported by your phone's hardware). Further features such as night mode and auto-focus may be available, if supported by your phone.
Surveillance images will show up locally in the "TravelSpeakSecurityCam" folder on your device and in the root folder of your Google Drive (enhanced folder management feature pending). Security camera will pause if there is less than 300Mb free on your local storage, regardless of whether "Cloud" or "Local" storage was chosen.
Exchange Rate Calculator
This calculator allow automatic conversion between rates while calculations are being performed once the "Exchange rate" field is set. Converted values will show up in the "Auto exchange rate conversion" near the bottom of the screen.
Pictionary
The pictionary feature allows you to communicate via pictures and icons, even if you are not familar with the local language. The icons are arranged in common situation categories that a traveller might encounter.
