**Summary**
Fuzeline is a 1 versus 1 competitive, strategic and thought-provoking 5x5 board game that requires each player to reach an end point before his/her opponent. To accomplish this, each players must build a continuous line by placing tiles with random configurations, until they reach their destination. During the course of the game, there are various ways each player can modify (alter) either his/her tiles or his/her opponent's tiles - Swapping, Cementing, Rotating, Scrambling:
**Alterations**
Swapping - enables player to swap 2 tiles on the board of play
Cementing - enables player to render any tile on the board un-alterable
Rotating - enables player to rotate any tile on the board
Scrambling - enables player to impart a random pattern on any tile on the board
Be careful! You only have a limited number of each alteration!
Cementing of a tile also occurs after it has been altered three times!
**Safe Zones**
All of the above can be accomplished on all tiles, except for those that reside on "Safe Zones" of the opposing player that are assigned at the start of the game.
Safe zones are identifiable by the color that matches the tile color of each opponent. One a tile is placed on a Safe Zone, its alterations are set back to Zero, and the perimeter of the space will match your line color so you always know it is your zone.
Cementing is not allowed on ANY Safe Zones. Remember, you cannot alter your opponent's tiles on his/her respective Safe Zones.
**Loops**
Loops on the the perimeter of the board give you additional options to complete your line and modify your strategy to get to your destination before your opponent. Loop patterns will vary board by board, as will the location of safe zones. Other board configurations may include randomly, yet symmetrically placed cemented tiles at the beginning of each game.
**Preferences**
Preferred tile color can be selected in preferences.
Preferred Board background can be selected in preferences.
Preferred Board type can be set in preferences for when you invite a friend
**Playing 1 vs 1**
Currently, during testing, we are offering 2 methods by which you can play an opponent. Either randomly, or by inviting a friend.
This game was conceived 12 years ago and has now come to fruition. I am excited to begin beta testing to get feedback while we hone the UI and overall game navigation!
