You can choose the type of person with the rating that you require to fill your empty shift: dishwashers, bussers, wait staff, bartenders, delivery drivers, etc. As our app develops, we will expand the job descriptions and the ease in which you can choose what qualities you value.
WHAT ARE SOME WAYS BUSINESSES USE SHYFTZ?
Some businesses have the luxury of knowing that they have an unfilled shift at the end of the week, and others don’t. So if your dishwasher didn’t show and you need someone in a pinch, try Shyftz. Or if you are the lucky one, who knows that you need a busser next week, post your shift.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE AS A WORKER?
As much as you want and the business is willing to pay. You choose the rate that you want to be paid, and depending on the business, they may or may not choose you to work that shift based on your rate and the availability and rate of other workers.
