Introducing dhyana, a smart ring with an app that will help you kind your mind, capture breathing, focus better, record calmness, witness progress, meditate better and ultimately attain balance, relieving you from the worldly stress of everyday life.
We studied meditation techniques from across the world, from Tibetan to Sufi. Using what we learnt, researched, practised and tested, we made meditation modules for 6 emotions ranging between “I’m not so good”, “I’m okay”, “I’m good”, “I’m stressed”, "I’m anxious” and “I’m sad”. So if you’re feeling angry, or stressed or sad, through dhyana meditation we have a way of making you feel balanced again.
Dhyana is also here to guide you through three key steps of meditation:

A live wave that reveals the state of mind. Calm your mind and still the wave.
