While working with various rubber industries, it has been observed Cost addition because of various rejection components produced in Rubber injection and compression molding process.
And the basic reasons behind is lack of process knowledge of a shop floor working person. Since the Machine operator and Supervisor are usually process owners and are not able to establish process correctly, leads to generate rejections. In non Tyre rubber industry Injection and compression molding presses playing major roles. Considering high production rate of elastomer or rubber injection as well as compression molding machine, we have decided to elaborate in a way to optimize process of rubber injection molding and compression molding, by means of exploring one major parameter, that is tonnage of machine with respect to clamping pressure on mold i.e. Pressure X on mold @ kg/Cm2, to achieve best possible rubber injection and compression molding machine performance reflects on its product itself.
• In present scenario it is difficult to manage cost and quality requirement of customer , during production process line rejection is one of the major contributor who adds to the cost, as well as it reduces the quality of end product, that is rejection by all means. Our aim is optimization of process towards to eliminate rejection and save cost specifically in rubber injection/Compression molding process.
