Jennifer is a personal trainer excited to see others succeed. She began her own fitness journey while attending nursing school. As a student she had limited resources to coach her thru her first competition prep, but that didn't discourage her one bit. She researched everything from training to nutrition planning. The Max Classic and Mr & Ms Naturals Nebraska was her first show where she placed 1st place Bikini Open, 1st place Bikini Novice, and Bikini Overall earning the Title of Ms. Natural Nebraska in 2012. Since then she’s received seven 1st Places, two overalls, Best presentation, 2nd Place, 6th place, and pro shows 4th and 5th places. The thing that sets Jennifer apart from most competitors is that she’s planned each of her preps by herself.
She’s an absolute lover of life that shines as she enters the room. When she decides to do something or sets a goal for herself she works the absolute hardest to get there by strategically planning each step and holding herself accountable.
Becoming a mother was the turning point for her. It gave her purpose and added value to life with the drive to become the best person she could be! Setting goals gives her a way to show her son the importance of growth even thru adulthood.
Her childhood taught her many things, including the fact that she was the only person who had control over her own successes.
She’s a lover of music. It’s been a way to escape, to uplift her mood, and it motivates her in the gym.
The greatest thing about Jennifer is that she truly cares about everyone. It brings her joy just knowing things are going well for others.
