2112 was started by Peter Iwers and Björn Gelotte. The Burgers n Beers concept always felt like a natural development on the rock n roll lifestyles they both have, a simple foundation, spiced with lots of beautiful nuances until it tastes perfectly. They have chosen to make the burgers in many different varieties and the most important thing was, like the music that it would be innovative and keep high quality.
The music was and still is as important as ever to them and they wanted to bring it into a nice restaurant environment with a rock museum on the walls without letting it take over completely.
