ICMyC Agency App is designed for the heads of civic agencies and is part of the I Change My City Platform. This app connects civic agency heads such as commissioner of BBMP, BWSSB, BDA, BESCOM etc. to civic issues posted by users of I Change My City. This in turn helps them understand ground realities, keep themselves updated about civic issues their department is responsible to fix and also receive feedback on the quality of work taken up.
The civic agency heads can access dashboards which highlights the performance of their respective department. The dashboards shows the location from where the highest number of complaints are received, various categories under which the complaints are posted, complaint details, status of the complaint and profiles of the users who have posted the complaints.
This data will play a key role in tracking the performance of officials and engineers who are responsible to fix civic issues in various wards across Bengaluru. The civic agency head can acknowledge complaints. The citizens who posted the complaints as well as engineers who are supposed to resolve them, will receive notifications that the complaints are seen by the respective head of the agency and thus can escalate priorities and take necessary action.
