This app has been developed as part of a CQUniversity Australia research project. We are interested in learning about ‘active thinking’ processes like your memory, decision making, and planning through your game playing in the app. We are also interested in your sleep, nutrition, and physical activity. Flex is a free app that involves playing daily brain games. Scientific research suggests games like these may help you think more actively. The ideal commitment period to help with the research is 3 months, so play as often as you can and challenge your brain in the process.
