Live chat. Servr includes a live chat facility between you and your hotel's concierge meaning that instead of having to be near a phone to get service from your hotel you can contact your hotel’s concierge from anywhere, anytime, with no missed calls.

Late check out? Covered. See your hotels check out time, as well as being able to request a late check out without having to get out of bed.
