This app features the breakout book Tini and Rhogi, Yogini and Yogi, a tale that masterfully blends kids’ natural love of dinosaurs with the deep treasures of yoga and mindfulness. While written for parents and educators, the delightfully illustrated characters, and playful poetry will enchant children of all ages and open the door to the basics of yoga and mindfulness.
PoseAbilities is an embedded card deck featuring 25 basic asanas (poses) and perfect for individual or group play. Deck 1 contains Character cards, introducing DharmaDinos by name, each doing their favorite poses. Sanskrit & American labels are provided for each asana, and every card is color-coded for spinal orientation. As well, there is a record and playback function feature allowing kids to personalize their play!
Deck 2 lies ‘below’, in the information layer of each character card, and contains playful poems with placement - and encouragment –cues.
Suggestions for 10 different games are provided.
