- Comparisons of their water usage
- Trends in their usage
- Gain insight on their peak water usage days and hours
- Notifications of inconsistencies in their water usage
- Remote out-off/on capabilities in the case that a leak or flood is detected
An additional benefit to the Eddy Home App is that in the case of water detection users can easily dispatch a plumber from the convenience of their mobile app. The Eddy Home Customer Service department will do their best to have a plumber arrive at their home within a reasonable time window to repair the damage.
In an effort to help customers conserve water customers are encouraged to participate in weekly and monthly challenges. Tips are provided to help them save, and prizes awarded when challenges are completed.
