The HoHoManager provides you with the following services and functionalities (depending on subscription plan):
• Provision of a central calendar per room
• Provision of calendar data for external booking systems (.ICS)
App Administration (App Settings)
• Maintenance of user data
• Set the internal currency of the application
• Set the internal unit of measurement of the application
• Set the internal language setting
• Change the password
• Set up and administrate hosts and property owners
• Set up one or more hosts
• Manage and administer data of hosts and owners
• Set up and administration of rental properties and apartments (Objects & Rooms)
• Create one or more rental objects
• Assign rental objects to owners
• Create of one or more rooms to administer (one room in free version)
• Assign rooms to objects and owners
• Assign rooms to amenities
• Set up and administer guest data (guest administration)
• Creation of guest data and assignment of guests to owners & hosts
• Installation & administration of seasons and prices (Seasons & Rates)
• Assignment of season times to objects (only one season time in the free version)
• Assignment of prices to seasonal periods and rooms
Various statistics. E.g.:
• List of past guests per room
• List of future guests per room
Administration of bookings (New Stay)
• Enter the booking data
• Calculate the rates for accommodation, additional services and supplementary costs (e. g., tourist tax & city tax) on the basis of the data entered by the user
• Create the guest invoice on the basis of the data entered by the user without guarantee for the arithmetical and fiscal correctness and recognition by the tax authorities. You must check the calculations you have made and correct them if necessary.
• Create the guest invoice as PDF and insert it into a standard mail with the possibility to send this mail to the guest via the email program of the end device. The HoHoManager app does NOT currently automatically send out any messages.
• Optional insertion of the booking data into the calendar of the mobile device
• Optional insertion of guest data into the address book of the terminal device
• Manage booking changes (cancellations, travel plan changes, changes of booked additional services) and analogous to the administration of bookings Provision of the corresponding confirmations and invoices without guarantee for the arithmetical and fiscal correctness and recognition by the tax authorities. You must check the calculations you have made and correct them if necessary.

Apple Subscription Terms:
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
– All Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least
24-hours before the end of the current period.
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the
current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off
by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the
user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
