PicList makes it super easy to take a picture of some document (list on paper, fridge, whiteboard) and then add small notes or lines to it.
I made this for my personal use -- I snap a picture from the list on my fridge before leaving the house and at the market I doodle over it marking the items I've already got in the cart!
Of course, you can use it to doodle in general over any picture! (Right now you can only keep one picture at a time since that's my use case.)
PicList has features like UNDO and ERASE MODE to allow you to take back any mistakes or change things later.
