富山氷見漁港直送の魚介と朝取り野菜のフレンチダイニングです。
氷見から毎日届く魚介類と毎朝通う農家さんのお野菜、愛犬と一緒に歩く里山で摘んだ野草などが主な食材です。
フランス帰りなので、フレンチのお店としてスタートしましたが、日々の食材に合わせてメニューを構成していくうちに、お寿司やパスタなども取り入れたフュージョン料理になっております。
