Uko Xplore is a unique tool allowing employees to share their observations from the field, on a daily basis, in contact with customers and users. From the work environment or thematic research, the collected exploration data is collected in the Uko Works online platform where various tools allow you to use them in your Design Thinking projects.
With Uko Xplore, you can:
- connect to your company's workspace through your Uko personal account;
- take pictures and comment on them before sending them to Uko Works, where your colleagues can consult them;
- collect customer verbatims or describe what you observe through text notes and send them to Uko Works;
- save in draft the observations you want to keep for yourself or rework later before sending and sharing;
- consult your previous observations and trace the course of your exploration in a company;
- update your personal information on Uko
