The Body Fit Box is based in Altona, Victoria. We're a specialised fitness provider tailoring unique fitness sessions around small groups and one-on-one. Our focus is to provide a well-planned, motivational training environment where we help you increase your physical capabilities. We do this by utilising strength & conditioning techniques with high intensity training methods that are proven to build strength, burn calories and increase your body's fitness and health.
Our variety of training sessions include Strength Training, High Intensity Resistance Training, Boxing Fitness, Pilates/Stretch Therapy, Health & Wellness solutions to optimise performance and weight loss. One on one personal training session are available via appointment.
