Here LeavTrac will provide a free account to Hospital, where Hospital admin can add departments, shifts, leave the category. Even Hospital admin can create Shift Manager and Approver account without any fee to track the trainee doctors leave and take a decision to accept or reject
With this application Trainee Doctors can register with 15 days free trial and after that, he can select the subscription package for the desired months and make a payment via payment gateway from the stripe payment gateway and get assigned under the respective shift managers and Approver based on the department, this helps Trainee Doctors to apply for leave
where respective department shift manager can review the leave application and take action whether to approve the leave or reject the leave, once leave is approved by Shiftmanager the same application will go to Approver for final acceptance once accepted or rejected Trainee Doctor will get notified.
