Basus Clinic App helps patient to quickly and easily access their pathological and other applicable reports. Reports are only accessible to valid registered patients or their representative only. Doctors of Basus Clinic may also access their own patients’ reports.
The process to register the app to access reports:
1. After installation open the app and choose Profile command from the menu
2. Enter your phone number as registered in the clinic and your valid email address and then submit. You are supposed to get an email on the specified id with your login information. If it is said that no details found while submit you should verify the phone number submitted to the clinic or wait until your document is published by the clinic.
3. If you have the login details sent to you, choose Login command from the menu and enter it.
4. You will now see a Download button to download your reports. If your desired report is not available then you should wait for the clinic to publish it.
Please note that all the reports are provisional and may be revised by the clinic.
