Tuenkers ISD Notifications is an Android™ application that captures personal push notifications of Tuenkers ISD Portal user.
Target audience
All users of Tuenkers ISD SharePoint Portal are able to install the application and make subscription to receive his/her personal notifications from the portal.
Scenario of the custom mobile apps work
1) To make subscription for personal notifications user has to pass registration - type his/her Tuenkers portal login name (email) and password. The application checks if the user with the data entered has access to the Tuenkers Portal. If the verification is successful, the application configures personal subscription for the checked user.
2) User gets personal push notifications in notification area of mobile device. If user presses new Tuenkers notification, the app will open the mentioned portal page in default browser/installed SharePoint app. First time user may be asked to enter his/her credentials to Tuenkers portal, next times - browser will use its cache.
3) Once clicking on Tuenkers push notification, the notification will disappear from the notification area.
When personal Push Notifications are sent
1) User is assigned to task in Tasks list;
2) User is mentioned in discussions in Discussions list;
3) User is mentioned in Remarks field on Project Edit form.
