If you exceed your limit for your billing period, you can upgrade to the next level paid version depending on your estimated revenue and continue using our services.
Can I upgrade or downgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes, 9km is pay as you go service and you can Upgrade or Downgrade anytime. If you ever decide that 9km is not the right solution for you, you can cancel your account anytime.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract. It’s just Month-to-Month subscription. You can get an additional discount if you signup annually.
