The White Dress 30 day challenge assembles the top 15 most effective bodyweight exercises and combines them into a truly effective 30 day fat blitzing, muscle toning, wedding preparation program.

Need to lose a few pounds to fit into that dress? Want your arms to look at little more toned for those wedding pictures? Then look no further.

The Foundations’ years of experience as personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches has shown us what works and what doesn’t. We are letting you in on these training techniques for the first time (for free!) here.
